Andy Carroll set up two goals for Kevin Nolan, before being sent off for swinging an elbow at Chico Flores.. After the game, my wife and I were invited into the players lounge as Kevin Nolan had a donation for our charity appeal.. 9 match worn, signed shirts. Over £4k raised by auctioning them on KUMB – more than 10% of our total and a memory of a lifetime. The money raised bought an ECMO machine for Heartlink Children's Charity, based at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester, the same machine that saved my daughter's life… and inflicted a lifetime of being a hammer on her 😀
