Barca wiped the floor with Madrid. I fell like the result actually flatters RM. the club needs new fullbacks badly as well as a RW because the predictability killed any chance they could have gotten. The cynic in me wanted Madrid to actually get an embarrassing result so they could wake up and realize they have been needing new signings for the past year or so. GG barca. Xavis team on and off the ball were dominant, using a five man front line and constantly rotating the players around to draw the defenders out was a key part to them creating space which lead to chances on goal. Off the ball they stopped the oppositions side main ball progresser and this helped to reduce less attacks since they struggled to get the ball forward.
