It’s looking great, we got so lucky Sporting scored. If Sporting didn’t score, we’d have faced Madrid/City in the ro16 and Arsenal/Bayern in the qfs
Instead we got Barcelona/Chelsea in the ro16 and Liverpool/Tottenham in the qfs because they pushed us down to 11th. We got extremely lucky here
Sure there are 2 extra matches against Monaco/Qarabag but that shouldn’t be a problem anyways and if we do somehow lose in that match, well then it didn’t matter what our draw was does it

At least we won’t face Arsenal or Bayern right out of the play-offs. We got what we deserved after Bilbao, Sporting or Newcastle. That’s a lot of team not losing against us in 2026 : OM, Paris FC, Sporting and Newcastle. We won two of the last six games, and not against very strong opponents.

If we go to the final, we skip arsenal / bayern / city / real / inter. Definitely a win for me, but of course we have to win each game before that! Would have loved to destroy Marseille in Champions League, but maybe next time!
