Hi all I’m struggling to buy my ticket for the Newcastle FA Cup match in a season ticket holder and my fan Id is connected to my account however whenever I try to buy it tells me I must connect my fan id then it redirects me to this page

The official site loves saving cookies that break everything. If you try it in incognito and it still doesn’t work, call the ticket office.
