It’s a coach who takes responsibility and wants he’s players to succeed, if you also read the article it states Rosenior asked Sanchez do to thing which he’s never done before.
I kinda like it, you’ve so many managers who’ll rather throw players under the bus, coaches who takes responsibility even if it isn’t theirs to take will always have my respect.
