    Big fan of this podcast

Stefan is more of a fierce critic than the biggest cynics in this sub which i find funny

Its infact the opposite, he should be grateful over his tenure that Guirassy, Adeyemi, Brandt, Nmecha and co. score by individual quality.

I cant say that any of our goals are from the training pitch, its always because of the individual player. Nmecha long shot, Guirassy is Guirassy, Adeyemi or Chukwu dribble to create from themselves, Brandt similar to Guirassy knows how to come up at the right space and time to score.

The only coached goals are Ryerson/Svensson crosses, and it doesnt take a lot of knowledge to coach that. Other than them, Kovac would be on 0 goals if not for others.

I will ask this: would Brandt, Emre Can, Ryerson, Sabitzer, Anton, Sule, Guirassy, Adeyemi, Chukwuemeka start for the teams bellow top 4? I believe they 100% would. So no excuse to be bad or mediocre against Bodo Glimt, Hoffenheim, Koln and Augsburg.

  4. Thinking in aspects like technique we re falling short quite a bit to actually be able to play competent football going forward with those players imo.

Yes they re good enuff for somehow managing the second spot or fight through some tight matches but if you ve seen the likes of Kagawa or Gündogan before you can see the levels of difference when it comes to progressing the ball.

Imo it’s a general bundesliga issue to have so lil technique with the ball, it’s hard to watch a lot of matches really.

  5. I do agree with their take that currently Leverkusen/Leipzig are better at squad building than us. I hope we invest more in Kovac and have more of a vision with where this squad is going.
