He already looked better than gyokeres after a 15 minute cameo.

I never thought I’d miss him so much.

His ability to switch quickly from F9 sitting between the CB’s and the midfield, and then in a different phase of play being right on the back line for a ball behind is so good.
We have missed him badly, and I truly believe that had he not been injured vs United we would have a lot more points.

Yes, players are indeed assets.
I wish we had some assets.

Arsenal feels like a group that really plays and cares for each other. It’s nice to see.

Fickle Arse fans already forgetting when they bashed and mocked Havertz for not converting his chances and not being able to win the league with Havertz, and that was prior to his injury. Now after 2 long term injury spells, he’s the answer to unlock defenses and score goals as their main no.9. LOOL

RIP Gyokeres. Lol
Always liked Havertz, feel he’s one of the most underrated and misused players of the last decade and one of the players who’s taken the most flak from the mass of online “fans” who judge everything on G+A stats or other non-contextual stats thrown around by their favourite influencers.
I was quite looking forward to seeing him join Liverpool when the deal looked to be nailed on before covud. Reminded me a bit of Bobby, not in style of play or technical ability but you get a lot from him that you don’t get from a lot of other players in that position and a lot of what he brings isn’t fully represented in just the goal contributions that are used to judge him.
Arteta already really seemed to know what he could bring to the team and how to use him before they signed him and as good as Arsenal have been this season, they’ve still looked vulnerable to teams that set up against their tactics and have been lucky in a couple if matches to get the three points. Having him back could make all the difference in the second half of the season if city manage to get some consistency and go on one of their crazy streaks.
