They should fix the recruitment first. Their policy of going young raw talent instead of proven players are hurting them .

  2. I love this casino style manager circle we got going on. Frank, Nino, Dysche, whoever’s in charge of West Ham right now, Everton are always looking to lose some dough at the tables and the wolves look hungry for more.

Slot machine is still going, if they don’t get Europe, who knows? Same with Unai I mean it’s more like 9 cylinder Russian roulette. Going to be a fun ending to this season.

  3. They just need to time it right to dovetail with either West Ham sacking Nuno or Forest sacking Dyche.

They way he can be either a third or fourth manager of the season for a club more on his level, while Spurs can give it to Tim Sherwood for six months 🤣

  4. Tbf I understand the criticism but spurs squad just isn’t very good, what do people really expect you’ve got bang average players in every position and a couple really good youngsters who are still incredibly raw. They need least 5-6 first team players through the door before they can think of qualifying for Europe

  5. Frank is arrogant twat. Always the first to criticize others he think he’s a top manager. Brentford is going better without him

  6. It’s a shame
I rate him, but results are very much not in line with their ambitions…
I truly believe, he would succeed if given at least 2 years, but looks like with all that mounting pressure he won’t be given that time…

I love Frank and I think he’s a great manager but a couple years ago he ripped into United and said something along the lines we beat United even though they spend so much more than us. Can’t feel much for him when he’s going through the same thing

  8. Extra time for what?

People love to pile on Spurs, but in this instance it’s OK to acknowledge and move on someone who isn’t the right fit for the club. Keeping him on for longer will only add extra losses.

Since VDV and Spence blanked him, everything spirals lower and lower every single week. It was the beginning of the end for Frank and I’ll be surprised if he’s still the manager at the end of January.

Frank is a decent manager, who was worthy of his chance at a club like Spurs. But like Moyes, Potter etc. who had these chances before him, he’s found his ceiling is a mid sized PL club.

It’s a combination of poor recruitment and poor management. A better manager can definitely get more out of this squad but I don’t think the squad is remotely close to top 4 potential.

The blame ultimately lies with the board. They pick their man (a mistake) but they don’t even try and back him. We’re 11 days into Jan transfer window and we’ve only signed a 19 year old left back and been linked with literally no one else. It’s not good enough all round.
