  1. This guy has no experience

They have so many games, FA CUP, EFL semis, champions League games.

He’s getting sacked in two months

    six years, eh.

if i am right , chelsea doesn’t make ucl this year , they are in financial trouble i mean ffp wise, right?

  3. Being sacked by hull and given till 2032 at Chelsea. There’s only one way this is ending.

  4. That 4.5 years remaining is going to be expensive for Chelsea to buy out when they sack him in 18 months.

  5. People going on about the length of contract forgetting that every Chelsea manager contract has 12 months options. Most they’ll ever pay in Comp is 18months.

I dont know how to do that remind me thing but this time next year, Chelsea will have another manager.

    !remindme12 months

  7. A 6 year contract is very optimistic when you look at Chelsea’s track record with managers, at least he’ll have a nice severance package when he is inevitably sacked within the next 12-18 months.

The recruitment/HR process must be incredible at some of these organisations. Might just do some coaching badges, view to scoring one of the multimillion 6month fixed term deals.

Rosenior must have seen the £££ signs in his head the second he heard the contract length. When will Chelsea ever learn. Shorter contracts give people incentive to perform and get a better renewal

  10. 6 years is mental!

There’s no way that’s a good idea. If it doesn’t work out, they just have significantly more compensation to pay him when he leaves. If he did well there on say a 2 year deal… they could have just renewed it. Are they not aware that they can sign new contracts with existing players/staff?

  11. Wonder how long this type of thing is going to continue to be allowed.

Strasbourg just a feeder club for blueco.

  12. Absolutely embarrassing my clubs finished I’m done with this shit the hierarchy are dumbasses.
