In lieu of a full explanation, when comparing disastrous ownership models in England, I think ours and Leicester’s are eerily similar. Old players on bumper contracts, a stubborn refusal to adopt modern methods of running a football club, etc. I think Wolves’ issue is that their owners have simply lost interest in the club as an asset, whilst Chansiri set out to asset strip Wednesday from day one, neither of which necessarily apply to (G)SB.

Also because West Ham and Leicester felt like “best of the rest” for longer and had been more regular in Europe under Moyes and Rogers respectively whereas Wolves were TAIAP a one-hit wonder in UEFa competitions, and Wednesday fell away quickly after failing in the POs twice in a row
Leicester without THAT season.
Except we didn’t get to win a PL lol
