  1. He’s an annoying slop YouTuber. He’ll say anything for clicks and engagement. Looks like it worked.

  2. Yes I would leave a squad I’ve built over 6 years that are likely going to win multiple trophies this year to manage Sixchester Utd. There are no wages that Man U could provide that would warrant that being sacrificed.

  3. Fergie was 1 period in time for Man U, a highly successful time but the mistake is believing it’s the norm. It’s ~~not~~ something Man U fans need to accept.

    Edit: spelling

  4. Of course Mikel would leave Arsenal when he is on the brink of cementing himself in Arsenal history forever….to come to a circus like us.

Normally I wouldn’t have any interest in what this rat has to say, but just wanted to point out that we produce better pundits who don’t talk anywhere near the same amount of shite as former Man U players.

Other clubs can say the same I guess.

  6. He also said Rice would have chosen Manchester United over Arsenal.

Needs to take the Manchester United-tinted spectacles off.

  7. Don’t wanna hear any shit about Carra and his takes when this guy is out here consistently saying some of the dumbest shit the football world has ever heard.

  8. The only thing weirder than any production company paying Ferdinand to talk is people paying any attention to what he says.

It’s my firm belief that Utd will not be successful again until all these idiot ex players are out of the picture.

Neville, Keane, Ferdinand – they’ve all got to go

Yeah I’m sure Arteta is thinking let me leave the club I’ve spent years building up that is currently top of the league and top of the CL group table to go to a team that’s mid table, not in Europe has a mediocre squad and is a total mess behind the scenes.

What a stupid thing to say. Absolute clown Rio is.

I think it’ll reach a point of diminishing returns when you say outrageous nonsense like this to bait engagement/rage.

What’s next? United will win the treble next season?

  12. Don’t united fans call Arteta a failure? So why would they want him? Something doesn’t add up

  13. El-Terrible777 on

He’s always been an idiot but he’s outdone himself. Slot is another who, along with Arteta and Guardiola, wouldn’t take the Utd job. Pure clickbait

  14. I think Eminem said this best…

“I say that shit just clownin’, dawg, come on, how fucked up is you”

  15. Heading all those balls in his career really left him with a reduced mental capacity didn’t it

  16. I feel like it would be suicidal for anyone to take on the Man U job. Next they will be saying Uni Ermery.

We should just sign Pep as head coach and have Arteta as his assistant. Why would they not want to come to us???

When Rio’s mouth opens, my ears close. This is the same guy who asked a friend to film him whilst he apologised to a Real Madrid crest on the floor. He called himself a man of the people, when he was then given the opportunity to call for cheaper WC tickets, he swerved the question in fear he’d miss out on a punditry job.

Poor Rio sliding further and further into irrelevancy, and this is partly happening because he is, and has always been a fucking bell-end.

I’m not an Arsenal fan either. He’s just a deluded knob, whose always tried to insert himself into everything and has had a hugely inflated opinion of his influence, like when he tried to make out he was influential in getting Ronaldo to go back to Man Utd rather than join Man City. Ok dude, yeah Ronaldo is listening to you…

No-one has ever cared what you think bro.

We all know what he’s playing at, and still amazed how he could vocalise something so ridiculous, with chest.

  21. Another former player clinging to the arrogant illusion that Man United is the top club in the Premier League. These guys should all just STFU

  22. Unlucky_Ambition9894 on

Why any top level manager would go to Chelsea or United after seeing how they’ve been run even just the last few years is beyond baffling.

  23. One of the big reasons for the current culture in United is how their old players have made it their entire life to cling on to the club and give their unwanted opinion on everything.

Hinderance and I think they know that but hey atleast it gives them airtime.

Nobody can knock the ex man u players from the fergie era on the pitch but oh my, everytime one of them opens their mouths i can see more and more why nobody in the England team from that period used to talk to them.
