Id be surprised if it’s drink driving. Is driving without due care and attention an arrestable offence?
Driving at 30-40mph, you could make an error and easily outmanoeuvre a static fence. 50-70 might be a bit trickier.

Wouldn’t he have been detained overnight in a police cell if it was alcohol related? In which case he would not have been at Rangers training on Sunday morning. Danny Rohl confirmed he was at training and available for Tuesday. I suspect if this was alcohol related (based on charge sheet) that Rangers would have immediately suspended him. Let the facts prevail.
