We should be allowed to withhold wages for ‘professional athletes’ who can’t be arsed staying in shape.
He was a cracking player last season but obviously thought he was coming up to our wee backwater for a holiday. The very definition of a wage thief.

Makes sense, it didn’t work out for him here and he would permanently be tagged as a Martin guy purely given how important Martin thought he was to his “vision”
To go from what he was last season to this is crazy and speaks volumes as to how disastrous an appointment Martin was.
Rothwell will no doubt be the first of many from this summer to leave. Some very big windows coming up, not that they weren’t big already but this past summer has made them all the more important.
Few signings hit the ground running in January and we may just be in a title fight
