Made this graph because I found it interesting how dominant Brazil and Germany seem to be in the rankings. Do total points actually reflect true team strength, or does this mostly reward teams that have appeared in more tournaments? and would this in-turn mean that Brazil is most likely to win?

Galvão Bueno, most famous brazilian football narrator, has a saying:
Brazil plays football at its best. Germany plays something similar to football that also works very well
of course brazil will have more points, as they participated in all cups, but that also shows a high level of consistency in good performances.
Australia being tied with Chile is pretty impressive tbh
