  1. A big difference this season for Mitro is definitely the service. Almost all of the goals are owed to great deliveries from Wilson, Kebano, etc

  2. re Penalties: mitrovic is very good at placing them in a spot where even if the keeper guesses correctly, it's too low and too hard for them to get to the corner in time

  3. As a Fulham fan what I'm most proud about this video is the number of tap ins and goals from crosses he's scored from. Silva has put together the most well coordinated and efficient attacking force I've seen at this club. A constant concern for Fulham in recent years has been an overreliance on Mitro and we saw it's damage last season when Parker didn't play him and we couldn't score. Silva has got the best out of these attackers and now we're scoring three at stoke while mitro's out sick. Brilliant! Great video James, nice to see Fulham in the spotlight!

  4. Excellent video, really top drawer…Well done, very knowledgable and entertaining. Loved Mitro when he was at Newcastle……….great player.

  5. 2 minutes into the video and 2 errors – Goals against West Brom were not his first of the season and Forest had just won four on the spin when they played Fulham so hardly a 'difficult' spell. Is this bloke just guessing?

  6. The most important thing this video has pointed out is why he/fulham are never successful at the highest level. Most of these goals come from either mitro being able to bully a defender or just ridiculous marking. The only ones of all of these I see as fulham actually making the goal from their own quality (instead of the opposing team allowing the goal through weak or lazy defending) are the left footer against bristol, and maybe the swansea turn and score. They'll never have enough possession and never play against enough teams with poor defenses that they can score these kind of goals consistently in the PL. They're like the footballing Sisyphus. Up and straight back down they go.

  7. Love this channel. I’ve been getting more into the efl and this channel has been a huge help to that as there’s not a lot of content on the lower leagues. Your videos are always a class above the rest, thanks a lot.

  8. seeing how many goals Fulham have scored so far this season, really makes our 1-1 draw at their place, on the opening day, a very solid point under our old manager (Warnock)

  9. I think you could have added there an own goal from McFadzen to Coventry who lost areal fight to Mitrović.

Amazing video. Just subscribed, totally great job u did, and I'm super excited watching him in PL next season.

Btw, my guess, 43 goals by the end of the season.

  10. As an ex Newcastle fan watching him play for us in the Prem and watching him for Fulham in the Prem I'd have to say that rather than him being the genius you claim, he's more the beneficiary of consistently bad Championship defending.
He doesn't make the grade in the Prem because Premier League defenders just don't give him that much space.
27 goals from an average of eight and a bit yards out – that's just poor defending.
As for your theory that he has some mystical power to anticipate weight transfer, the defenders are too far away from him. That's it.

  11. He knows how to be where he needs to be and to score goals. Mitar is a fantastic player who has improved a lot, but he also has extremely good teammates and it can be seen that they practice a lot in training in all phases of the attack.

  12. While watching this…. I realize two more important things: milliseconds of contact with the ball, and, absolutely minimum of moves with the ball. In two goals I think, more than only one contact with the ball before he scored. I mean, simplicity. Absolute necessity, nothing more. Some are really nice and attractive, but, that wasn't the point for him obviously. Next, absence of hesitation. "I want to score. Now. Always. Full stop."
