Takehiro Tomiyasu's at Arsenal was premature, the injuries really hampered his career. The times Tomiyasu was playing for Arsenal he was great, great defender along with a great understanding of the game. It's like he knows what the right move is every time.
Now the only concern I have with Tomiyasu is what most will, Can he stay healthy?
If he can't then I feel bad for him, no one likes to be injured and no one likes to see players go through that, but if he can stay healthy, we just made our team a lot more solid at the back. 🧱

~~Could be useful but do we really need *another* central defender? What about backs, nr 6, RW.~~

Forget that, I was wrong about Tomiyasu’s position

  2. My concern about this is that he will be fit and perform well, then other clubs see that too and will offer him a better salary and he’s gone in 6 months.

  3. Imagine you are Rosa, Gaaie or Regeer and they see a better player in someone who is injured for over 15 months without a club 😅

  4. You all know he hasn’t played since the summer and was mostly injured at end of his time in Arsenal. Obviously there is a reason why is he still a free agent.
