  1. I think he seems to panic in Front of goal and in other high pressure situations leading him to make wrong decisions. It'll probably pass with age and he has the potential to be a great striker.

  2. Darwin Nunez had a similar issue during his first season at Benfica. He had issues scoring and since his confidence was low, he'd often pass the ball more than he'd shoot, which would generate assists. He's still adjusting to England, lots of players struggle in their first year, not sure why people still don't understand that. Not everyone will be a superstar immediately upon arriving in England.

  3. I haven’t seen a player hated on this much except for things like Neymar leaving Barcelona, Ronaldo right now ( Christ I can’t believe I’m defending Ronaldo )

Everyone with eyes can see what Darwin brings, this video just brings the data to back up all the work he does

Also I haven’t ever ever seen the British media go this hard, they use the price in euros which is higher, with all the addons, just focus on the misses, and of course it’s not his fault but it’s because Haaland is in the league, just because he isn’t as good as the best striker in the world currently doesn’t mean he’s not good

Also he costs more than haaland because haaland wanted to play for city because of his dad, and of course city with their impecable, really clean and 0 conflict of interest finances can pay him behind the scenes

  4. I wasn't sure about him after 10 games, but I can see now that he will be good. His volume is so high that it will work soon. He's Liverpool's biggest threat, far more than Salah who has been below par for a good year now although still scoring.

  5. hes plays like morata and rashford. They get into great positions but just hit the ball as hard as they can at the goal instead of placing the ball

  6. The criticism Darwin has faced is likely more down to Liverpool having a worse season than expected and Man City signing Haaland who has been very productive for them. Darwin's start to the season is understandable for a young player making his big move to a league where he doesn't speak the language. He was signed as a project and has shown all the right attributes to succeed in the future.

  7. If he doesn’t have the technique and the shooting ability now he ain’t going to get it. Having watched him, his decision making is also atrocious and it’s hard to imagine that it will improve so much. He’ll be out of Liverpool within 2-3 years.

  8. For me, Nunez has become some kind of a test, if someone doesn't like him or thinks he's a flop, it's better not to talk football with that person.

  9. can you guys please please please do a tactical analysis of Marco SIlva's fulham and how they've adapted from walking the championship to being able to compete against the best of the Premier League this season.

  10. As a fan of Liverpool, I really agree he is just chaos. Very early on, I accepted that he was the type of player to take a shot from anywhere and be himself in his play.

He looks amazing at times, some of the runs and goals so far have been fantastic. I think if he learns to be efficient in the final third with that chaos element he has… wow. What a player he'll be.

All in all, I absolutely believe in Klopp and Liverpool's training staff's ability to train into him what he is currently lacking. He's young, plz plz plz give him time.
