  1. GS thinks hes there to educate us, guess what gareth we dont want educating we dont want your grovelling kneeling we want good entertaining football.

  2. never thought Southgate was a great manager but you cant sack a manager who has got to major semi final and then a final, better than just about any English manager ever… the nations league at this time of the season is not high on players priorities, there was loads of crazy results, France were awful too, he needs to get the world cup or its an absolute joke… FA will never sack him

  3. Hungarian football was good from 1930’s up until 1986 (Puskas and co. We’re from the late 1940s – 1956). But from 1986 until I’d say 2018 it was dead. There was the 2016 Euro which was good but then the best players retired and it wasn’t until Rossi took over that we have seen results. 2018 – 2021 we were decent but I think we became really good starting with the last Euro. Our style of play however became perfected right before these nations league when we tied England and beat Poland. These nations league games have just proven and confirmed that we have perfected our game and have a really good team again 👍🇭🇺

  4. See this talk of a golden generation, I don't get it. Yes England have some decent players, I really do think it's a very exciting young side, but who is actually world class?, Pickford and Ramsdale are decent but nothing special, they have brilliant right backs Walker, James, and Trent but struggle at left back, the centre half's are average at best…. The midfield has decent options but loads play in the same sort of position ie Foden, Mount and Grealish. I really like Rice and Bellingham could be a superstar but he's still so young. Up front Kane, Sterling and then who, Bowen isn't an international player for me, Abraham should definitely be closer to the first XI and why is Maddison totally out the picture?, If Sancho can reach heights of his Dortmund days at Utd and for England he could be world class. But right now for me the only world class players England have are Kane and possibly Foden? – England have done amazing getting to a semi and then a final but going into this world cup the group is relatively easy and last 16 should also see safe passage but Id be amazed if they get past QF as they could be playing Argentina or France/Denmark. Possibly get past Denmark but both Argentina and France are better. Brazil, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Uruguay are all very good so what is a good World Cup?, do people genuinely think they can win it?

The 2004-06 era team which under achieved was soooo much better than this side with world class centre half's (Terry, Rio) even Sol Campbell is miles better than what's there now, they had one of best left backs in the world (Ashley Cole), an outrageously good midfield (Gerrard, Lampard, Scholes, Beckham) and the likes of Rooney and Owen up front – so possibly 6-7 world class players. I honestly think this side have over achieved.

Ps the Nations League is supposed to be taken seriously but for the players I genuinely believe they've treated this as almost friendlies, its end of the season, desperate for holidays and the fact the team has been different most games I wouldn't get carried away, when England are on top form and in an actual qualifying campaign they went to Hungary and smashed them 4.0. I wouldn't worry too much.

For me Gareth shouldn't have even been boss but the FA make a habit of picking their own type of people hence why Clough and Harry Redknapp were overlooked when the fans were crying out for them, but he's in the job now, he's done a good job so back him. I think regardless of how he does in Qatar he should go, three major tournaments is enough, if he does tremendously well and for me that's another Semi Final which I think will be soooo difficult to achieve then maybe he gets another Euros but that's definitely enough.

  5. Noone talks about the mistakes of Marco Rossi..if he would have came up with some good tactics or motivated the players better it could have been 0:6..

  6. That's thing you always had the strong players and team… what you had during the last 2 tournament were dn lucky route… small weaker teams… and then Croatia and Italy came, see what happened…

  7. English players are overrated and get more expensive just because of the fact that they're English
    Brazil
    Argentina
    France
    Portugal
    Germany
    Even Spain
They all have a better overall squad than England, so you're not clear favorites, and getting slapped up by Hungary proves that

  8. Southgate had no chance. He had to bring the young players to develop them, because they will be the future of England. When it was 0-2 and he bringed in Foden, Sterling etc. it didn't matter because Hungarian players had an amazing mentality. So I'll say Southgate is gonna stay.

  9. The problem with England is that they have way too many overrated players. Simple as that. Part of the blame is on English pundits, who glorify the PL way too much because it's competitive, but when you look at the actual level of football only City and Liverpool are actually top-class, with Chelsea dropping a fantastic season once every 3-4 years. And if you look at the top English players, only Harry Kane is world class and he's been on a steady decline in form over the last 3 years. I don't get why English media think England has a good team. Just because they play in the PL? Or because they reached the Euros final after robbing Denmark? Or because they reached last WC semifinals (and still lost to CROATIA)??? I'm from Spain and we know that LaLiga is the second best league in the world, but that doesn't mean we don't know that our Spanish National Team is trash. Basically, English media should stop selling the idea that their national team is good or great, simply because they are average. I mean, England 2006 and England 2010 (two of the most disappointing English sides of all time) would beat England 2022 easily.

PS: Also, the fact that most players party like animals and are unprofessional does not help. I mean, every single year there's controversy about this or that player.

  10. the problem is on the premier league. too many best player came, to the point some local player losing spot, even when they starts, it usually playing in bad team and ended up never experience international big stage football. even some England current player like Grealish, Phillips forced to sit on bench for city. it such a wasted. all of that really affecting player mentality. England needs to export more player.

  11. 3:31 This is not going to age well in November/December when England get 3rd in the Group Stages and get beaten by Wales and USA! England are officially relegated to Nations League B! Southgate will be out the door! He can't get a job in the PL and he will never get a job in football management ever again once he gets sacked as England manager
