As a Bayern Munich fan, I can assure you that he's an average player.
He wouldn't improve Barcelona at all, even though their right-backs are all terrible apart from Kounde.
If he plays as a CB, I can see him be a decent player, but no way is he going to be a world-class: Neither as a CB, nor as a RB.
However, I'd still like him to stay at Bayern. His wages are quite low and he covers two positions.
