No Bellingham will be a sign of commitment
After Jota & Diaz injuries, Gakpo was a great surprise addition or else even our future midfield targets like Enzo, Jude & Amrabat would have thought about other teams. This a massive move, add to it both Keita & Ox are fit after a long long time together. Now we can concentrate on our midfield options without being reckless.

Other teams can downplay this as much as they like, but this is a quality signing. Nunez and Gakpo are going to create magic. Yes, we need a midfielder desperately, but with the injuries to our front row, this became critical. We can still get a midfielder. I don’t think Bellingham will be it, because he’s just too expensive, but I’m sure whatever option they go for, FSG will get the best value for money possible. Gakpo was an absolute steal.
David Ornstein should get more airtime, refreshing to see real sports journalism and less punditry.
