Trent and Reece James are both equal in terms of attacking quality but RJ can actually defend and invert into midfield. Trent can defend, he just doesn't try. Even if trent could play for Madrid his lack effort and the fact that he needs a team built around him is a disadvantage
I have not given up on Alexander Arnold since he has become inconsistent defensively as a right back. I hope he recovers else it could end up his career early..
They will both share the role james and trent… whoever better and on form is fit will play…tuch does not pick players by there name or status hes already demonstrated this. It's quite simpl
