I'm with you Dunc, I'm not fussed if he succeeds or fails, I'm indifferent. I am also the same as you in saying that moving to those gangsters was never the right move for him because of their rabid media. He has set himself up to fail because his ego overruled his brain…..this was a romantic move rather than a sensible move. Has he realised that his new reality is not what he thought it would be. Trent has always been a quiet / passive personality. I just assumed he was quiet, but it turns out he's actually timid. And with his talent he was able to do his thing without having to out compete anyone. In fact, when Bradley started to emerge, Trent was more moody about it, than acting like a leader. I compare this to Kerkez and Robertson. Robbo (who is a captain for Scotland) has not complained 1 second about Kerkez being there or being on the bench.

I knew this was going to happen where he was going to be judged at RM on the things he is not good at rather than the things he is really good at. He is one of the best ball players i have ever seen but RM is not a place you can fall back on past quality especially for another club. He is not going to like his time there and I knew it the minute he decided to leave. They don't appreciate him and never will. It doesn't help that the club captain is in his same position
