Yes we should offer him a new contract. We need more player's like Maguire. Not self centred but rather self focused towards contributing to the success of the club by improving himself and working on himself. His also a huge motivation and influence on the younger player's which will help them develop that hunger and desire that their own success lies in their contribution to the club's success.

One thing mark needs to realise is not every player that turns over 30 needs to leave look at Giggs who went into coaching the academy and later became assistant then an interim ole took up a role in the academy Carrick who took up a players coaching role after retirement and later becoming an assistant under ole Johnny Evans who's now our head of loans and pathways.
Point being Maguire is a huge personality in the dressing room staff like him, players like him and the younger players that come up through the academy wouldn't find it as easy coming into the first team without Maguire there as he takes it upon himself to make them feel comfortable there's no saying Maguire can't stick around and take up another role at the club should it suit him.
