Regarding the contract talks with Upamecano, Bayern want to take things easy for now and not put too much pressure on the club. Based on their experience in recent negotiations with other key players, they are confident enough that ultimately an agreement will be reached.

Ah yes we should wait until Dayot has actual contract sheets in front of him from other clubs before we lock his signature in for the next 5 years. Good plan.

Based on the experiences in recent negotiations, every player either extended because they got exactly what they asked for or left for free.

Here’s a great idea on how to save money: Sell very player, especially those who are integral to our team, this way we don’t have to pay any salaries at all and our board can finally fulfill their wet dream of renaming our club to the Bank of Bavaria.

  3. I know everyone says he’s good now but I will never get onboard the hype train. We shouldn’t have gotten in a situation where he can leave for free but if he goes I am not gonna cry.

  4. Whenever I try to picture what our board meetings are like, i always come back to 2 animated scenes

    1. The South Park scene where the economy is decided by a literal chicken with its head cut off

    2. The board all sitting around saying “the inner workings of my mind are an enigma” like Patrick from SpongeBob
