Not sure about this one because of the price tag for a player of his age… if he is coming on loan with an obligation to buy he will be 29 next season and no real sell on value… i do feel a bit worried about this being a transfer that is to pave the way for Morgan rogers to leave… I keep seeing and hearing rumours that Morgan could be sold to either Liverpool, spurs, arsenal or Chelsea and the fee is about 80 million…. I would be pissed off if he goes this window for 80 million, i would rather keep him this season and add the players we need to cover right central defender and an out and out winger plus asensio… We need to go for the Europa league and finish as high up in the Premier league as possible… If we do sell Morgan then we have to demand 100 million as the starting point then hope that more than one team want him to drive up the price… if we get 100 to 120 for him then we can build a stronger team and be ok with P.S.R for a few years like when we sold Jack… I was really positive about this season during pre-season but the way we have started has dampened that enthusiasm for now atleast… cant wait for all the business to be done and the window shut…. Trying to push cost to next season with loan to buy makes sense if you look back at 22/23 season. Big PSR losses that season which will drop off. Not going to pretend to understand how it would impact SCR if we are back in Europe
