As a Arsenal fan, that is not a penalty, the ball did hit Pope leg, Pope was trying to stand on his ground, his eyes was on the ball, looks to me Gyokeres was trying to get a penalty. I dont think Gyokeres will score even if he is through, the sudden change of the pace of the ball due to Pope challenge resulted in the direction of the ball moving further to the left will make it extremely hard for Gyokeres to control and score and in addition, the angle is too narrow. But Arsenal deserved the win and play well, creating numerous chances to win the game. I have seen this claim for penalty given before, however we want Arsenal to win games openly and honestly unlike one particular dive which stop Arsenal 49 games unbeaten runs
