  1. High-profile players like Rashford are easy targets for pundits who go on about how much money they are paid, but rarely talk about mediocre managers on huge wages, who get sacked, and move on to the next club, on huge wages!

  2. Barca fan here, I'm glad rashford got his goals and they were amazing but he still has trouble with controlling the ball with his feet and was bad in the 1st half. I can't speak for Manchester United standards because I'm not a fan but at Barcelona the standards are if you're a forward you have to score goals while also playing beautiful football. I hope he does well this season but if he doesn't Barca will give him the boot and replace him with a teenager

  3. Wait a player scores 2 goals to win a big match a game before supplying a assist to also win another match but where hearing about what he can't do. Loooooooool. What a joke

  4. The problem is not rashford, he wasn't the only player that was not playing well, all united players were poor, I believe the guy is being crucified for what I don't know, he left united is still loosing!

  5. Antony, McTominay, Lukaku, Rashford… you leave Man U and you get better.

Y’all can be mad if you want, but I swear, ole boy is about to prove the haters wrong yet again. Doubt if you want to.

And stop trying to find a way to hear what you want to hear vs what he actually said.

Man United need a cultural overhaul and a mentality change (and trust, I’m a Villa fan, the mentality change we need is immense at the moment. We’ll see what happens at Sunderland).

    – From an America Villa fan who appreciates what he did for us on his loan! Keep climbing Rashford

  6. I'm so confused by these pundits as a Barça supporter, they talk about Rashford like he is the second coming of Messi.

Purple patches? Consistency? Our frontline trio constantly take pressure off of each other whenever one or two of them are having a bad game. If Rashford can provide something similar to that, then I'd consider us blessed.

Granted, I've only seen him play against us before arriving in Barcelona and the handful of games since pre-season, but I've also seen that he has flashes of brilliance and he can be a very effective weapon for Flick. He is the type of player that we don't produce in our academy and are lacking within our current squad.

  7. You guys need to understand that United is no longer a club that nurtures players.. It's now a club that destroys even managers.. If Rashy had left Manchester United like 5-6 years ago, he would have already been performing at the highest level consistently.. United is a club that suffocates you.. Very soon Cunha, Mbeumo, Sesko and even Lammens will regret it, especially Lammens.. He doesn't have a clue about the kind of chaos that awaits him.. He better not make a single error in goal.. Look at Anthony at Real Betis?? Look at Scott at Napoli?? These have always been talented players.. But weren't in a proper environment to continue their development.. The amount of interruptions Rashy suffered in his development.. I'm sure that it won't take long for Garnacho to start flourishing also.. Oh, it won't be too long before the club gets rid of Amorim.. Amorim should resign before that happens.. I'll applaud him, though.. For taking on the impossible.. It's impossible for anyone to manage United.. I don't know if the Glazer's are the curse or Sir Alex cast the spell when he was departing..
