      Ik denk dat je het later opnieuw moet proberen en als het probleem aanhoudt kun je Fancare contacten.

      Fancare are the nicest people around. In my experience they are quick and helpful, especially around match days. Don’t wait, just send a nice email and you’ll be met with a nice response (saying thanks goes a long way).
