There is growing optimism that Arsenal will agree a deal for Shakhtar Donetsk’s Mykhailo Mudryk, while the Gunners are also in talks with Atletico Madrid over the loan signing of Joao Felix.

Arsenal and Shakhtar are continuing conversations over the size of the fee and the payment structure for Mudryk.

One source has told Sky Sports News that Arsenal are prepared to pay a fee closer to Shakhtar’s £85m valuation. An agreement hasn’t been reached yet but Arsenal are working hard to find a compromise.

As part of ‘The Transfer Show’ Dharmesh Sheth and Kaveh Solhekol spoke about these potential moves as well as Manchester United’s plans for the January window.

  1. As a brentford supporter I would love us to sign esm or nketiah because they aint gonna get play time now if mudryk and joao felix go Arsenal.

  2. it's January and here are the players Arsenal needs to sign:
Sangare, a 25-year-old defensive midfielder, plays for PSV in the Netherlands.
Pepe is a Brazilian player for FC Porto, a striker who can play on the right and left side, he is 25 years old. and lastly, Ricardo Horta, 28-year-old Portuguese attacking midfielder. if they want to add one more it could be Luis Muriel from Atalanta.

  3. I would say no to the £19million I would say yes to the fact that we will pay 50% of his wage so £3million each and if we finish in the champions league we pay an extra £10million if we win the league make that £15million on top of a £8million loan fee

  4. Arsenal will be back in UCL, y’all haven’t seen anything yet, fantastic players will want to play for Arsenal, we’ll only attract the best for sure.. Teta has done so well

  5. I wouldn't touch Felix with a barge pole for that money. He hasn't pulled up any trees at Athletico, so why bother!? It doesn't excite me the way Mudryk does.

  6. There are so many players with ending contracts this summer they should buy one of these players. For example also buy Youri Tielemans, Milan-Skriniar, Evan Ndicka, Thomas Lemar, Daichi Kamada, Roberto Firmino, Konrad Laimer, Memphis Depay, Raphaël Guerreiro, Alejandro Grimaldo, Adrien Rabiot, Wilfried Zaha, Marcus Thuram, Adama Traoré, Yerry Mina, Moussa Dembélé, Stefan de Vrij, Naby Keïta, Ryan Kent, Andrea Belotti, Nélson Semedo, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Luis Muriel

  7. Arsenal should get Rabiot as Partey's replace. We need another top striker like Giroud at his prime. Balogun already shows his skills at farmers lerague, and we still have Eddy. I don's see any reason for Felix, our wings are secured. Rabiot and top striker is a priority for me.

  8. Mudryk is much better for us than Joao Felix.
I wasn’t sure that we needed to sign another striker despite GJ is still out.
We have Nkeitah, Saka and Martinelli scoring but last night against Newcastle we were lacking goals.
Am sure we will get Mudryk at anytime. We should also sign Ruben Neves of Wolves in the midfield.

  9. Let Arsenal maintenance seriousness in their business of bringing quality fooballers into the club to maintain their strength. So let them struck the deal for Mudryk quickly and concentrate on bringing a Medfield beast to partner with Partey for them to maintain the respect from fans and competitors.
