Tunisia returned to training on Sunday after their 1-0 defeat to Australia in Group D on Saturday (26th November).

Jalel Kadri’s men are faced with the huge task of upsetting World Cup title-holders France on Wednesday (30th November) if they are to stand a chance of advancing to the knockouts.

A goalless draw between Australia and Denmark could see Tunisia go second if they beat France.

Didier Deschamps’ men were the first team to secure qualification with wins over Australia and Denmark, and a game to spare.

The top two teams in each group qualify for the round of 16 knockout phase. In the event of two or more teams sharing identical points, the place will be decided on goal difference.
