Alexander Isak has become the center of one of the Premier League’s biggest transfer sagas. After being named in the PFA Team of the Season, Isak skipped the ceremony and released a statement on Instagram, accusing Newcastle of breaking promises and losing his trust. Luke, Vish, and Marcus break down the fallout, the fans turning against him, Newcastle’s official response, and whether Liverpool can take advantage of the chaos. Is Isak isolating himself, or does he have a point? Plus, comparisons to João Palhinha’s failed move highlight how transfer sagas can play out very differently.

He needs to fire his agent. Sharpish.
So hard to see this being resolved. At this stage Liverpool should be prioritising the defence and, why spend £120 million+ on a player who will be cheaper in January or next summer. I do believe this has been dealt with awfully by Isak, he could still be playing with his agent working in the background. He looks now like a Nicholas Anelka style player, might alienate himself from super clubs with this behaviour
Was this not covered in the podcast earlier today?
Look how it's simple enough!!I think we have to give the Saudi Arbian investment fund the benefit of the doubt….the Saudis have such an unimpeachable record of looking after both human and employees rights!! My god are we now going to start questioning the Saudis 😂😂😂
One thing is for sure. Assume Isak is telling the truth, every single player who joins Newcastle now will demand a release fee or conditions. This is bad business from them, as much as it is poorly navigated by Isak.
Journalists backing a club. Who would've thought. 🤔
Says a lot about the rat that he didn't post at the end of the season, didn't post when he did the new kit release with Asprilla, didn't post when he was in Austria on pre season training, didn't post when he fucked off the pre season tour, didn't post after seeing his gaffer get grilled every presser, didn't post after missing training, didn't post after missing the first PL game of the season, but the second the slimey bastard misses out on an opportunity to be at the PFA awards, and he posts…
… He should have just sat and taken being slandered by all the clubs' mouthpieces, being lied to and poorly treated by his club like a good boy, and not try to better himself or his situation, or correct the lies being told about him.
That about the gist?
