Good players, in my opinion, he is better than Ramsey. Makes things happen, and we seriously lack goals in the side. I can see Bailey leaving also, so I would expect another incoming.

Sad day when the first part of this show was so focused on the deal, on the stupid rules clubs have to live within, the rules that protect the richer clubs cartel.
And then by the end of the pod it was all about what a good player Trossard would be for the Villa! That's what we ought to be focused on.

Usually villa make signings out of the blue so dont be suprised if we sign someone no one is speaking about.
He's the type of player we've missed out on before, who end up being squad players at 'big clubs'. I think he has an edge to his play that we miss and can create that little bit of space when the play is slower.
Regarding Trossard I would say ok to a loan but too old to gamble on a permanent, Asensio would be preferrable to buy I think Emery would work wonders with him and we saw flashes of him last season and he is class. UTV!
has Trossard (first r is silent) won anything with Arsenal? we know he's got finishing 2nd nailed, but I'd like something more to be honest. Asensio has won trophies and helped us to the semifinal mightily, those two missed penalties notwithstanding. I'd lean toward Asensio on that basis, but would prefer to see who else Monchi can line up. UTV

With Ramsey going for £40m and potentially Bailey going for £25m there is no reason why Trossard & Assencio don’t join, okay age isn’t great but it’s a short term fix to keep us in the top 6 & playing European football.
Not sure how I feel about this so would massively depend on the transfer fee and wage. Not keen on paying fees for 31 year olds as in 2 years or so there is no value in him. Only pros are he is a solid player and prem proven. For me this is a big NO

I just don’t get Arteta. Trossard has been brilliant for Arsenal as a left winger. He and Eze are on the same level, and likely better than Madueke on the left wing.
When he was at brighton, I always thought he'd be a decent replacement for grealish. UTV
