Reaction from manager Jurgen Klopp after Liverpool came from behind to beat Leicester City 2-1 in the Premier League on Friday.

It was Brendan Rodgers’ side who started off the better of the two, and opened the scoring four minutes in when Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall was allowed to race through the open Reds defence to slot past Alisson.

However, it was a night to forget for Leicester defender Wout Faes after he scored two own goals just seven minutes apart to give Liverpool a 2-1 lead heading into the break.

Neither side could find the net again and Liverpool will finish 2022 sixth in the table, while Leicester are 13th but could drop places after the weekend’s remaining fixtures.
