Why would Manchester City do Spurs a favour by allowing Jack Grealish to transfer on the cheap. Levy and the owners need to get their hands in their pockets. Probably the best stadium in the UK with improved revenue should be challenging for the Premier League.

I sincerely hope forest go no where near grealish, shocking example of professionalism, I understand why people see him as this maverick but that doesn’t excuse his off field antics and clear lack of discipline, how many times can we hear he’s just a young lad that needs someone to hold his hand, Or it’s pep fault for the style. If he still has the natural ability he had when he left Villa then it’s purely his work ethic that’s holding him back from finding a place in city’s squad and if that ability/confidence has gone then he has absolutely zero chance of becoming the hardest worker in a given squad. Pep held him back, left out on the wing and restricted to play to his strengths. Another reason why I don't rate pep as the best manager out there, tactically yes but can't see any proper evidence of how he really developed players. He's always inherited talent

Richarlison is ten times the player Agbonlahor ever was. Didn’t think it was possible for him to be an even worse pundit than he was a player.
Jack Grealish should be brought in on a loan for this year, and only consider a possible transfer at the end of the 2025-2026 season. We also need a striker as backup for Solanke and Richarlison. We are feeling the aftermath of Ange's style of play. Solanke, Kulusevski, Maddison, and Son are paying the price of Angeball. The more circumspect style of Thomas Frank will protect them to some extent.

As a spurs fan, I would take him as a loan with an option to buy, would be ideal.
Then we are free to chase other targets we really need (and won't get)
