75m in my opinion for koulibaly is far too much hes 29yrs and he just recently entered his prime we have to be honest with ourselves now he plays the exact same way as otamemdi we don't know when his pace will let him down cuz he makes very erratic challenges atm we can't sign someone at that age for that much especially when he doesn't fit the no nonsense defender role like ramos man city Is not a fucking retirement home and if city are even a little bit serious about challenging constantly for a long time then they should sign upamecano or jimenez…cuz mark my words if we sign koulibaly in two years we'll all be complaining on how much money we've wasted
