Surely Bayern should be having buy back clause instead of matching rights ?
Imagine if he does well and one big PL clubs want him. They would be willing to pay PL tax so the fee would be inflated. Bayern would have no sue in matching that.
Instead if they had buy back clause could buy him for a set fee regardless of what other teams want to pay
