Jack book value is only £33.33m but the issue is his wages of £300k/wk. Clubs will want to have that 300k subsidized and City won’t sell for book value. Buy him for £40m and demand City adjust the piece to account for the wages. Pick him up for about 30m done and dusted. But that won’t likely happen. He’ll be on the bench I reckon
