  1. How educated and informed do you have to be to understand people protesting against an authoritarian government. When millions are involved human rights don't matter anymore.

  2. The only edit I’d make to what Shaq said is we absolutely have the right to impress values upon others, especially peacefully. China’s values are not subjectively inferior. they are simply inferior.

We believe the human races rights to be self evident. We believe in democracy and freedom of speech period. We have all the right in the world to criticize monstrosities committed in China.

    Charles
“We aren’t gonna change it anyway.”
The NBA has massive weight in China. They could absolutely weaken the CCP by speaking out against their evil.

  3. America has freedom of speech? As Julian assange is being tortured and now extradited for more torture?! Try to speak about all life matters in America… Try to speak about natural I difference between races…. America has as much freedom of speech as China..

  4. All a bunch of scared asholes.. China is freaking horrible when it comes to freedom. I know USA is far from perfect but the USA doesn't put over a million of muslims in a concentration camp.

  5. Why is it up to Lebron? Because he’s said things like “a threat to justice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”. Not just injustice when it’s low to no cost to you. The reason why lebron got the reaction is he sold out. Period justify however you want for him he did.

  6. I agree with Shaq as a Chinese. We don't tell each other what to do. It's just business. Morey has every right to say what he wants just as China has every right to stop doing business with NBA. No one is telling others what to say here, exercise your freedom of speech and live with the consequence, it's simple as that.

  7. when americans cares about freedom??? Nike and the others make values cause all the snikers and clothes are made by 6 OR 7 yo childs since 40 years in China , we never heard someone talk about it

  8. You can tell who is for their Chinese masters and who isn't huh ? Lol .. I really didn't expect Chuck to be the biggest sellout on the set there that's for sure
