This is such a stupid transfer. LFC is taking us to the cleaners for a player past his prime, they don’t actually want to keep, on huge wages. And we’re so desperate that we’re just bending over. I hate our board so much..
From a squad planning perspective I can fully understand the vision, he’s the type of winger this team needs. Rodrygo is beautiful to watch, but we need someone with aggressiveness, goal scoring ability and the power to go through all these 10 man backlines we are facing more often than not.
I guess it’s awesome that we’re so fiscally responsible because we’ve set a crap ton of money on fire the last 5 years or so
I do agree that the reported fees Liverpool want is too high but I think some of the hate people are saying about the player is crazy. He’s a good player.
It will be remembered as the summer Bayern financed Liverpool to grab the best German player.
