      Every manager shd be like this. Rule is a rule. Even u r top star for the team. U broke the rules. Then u'll be drop. TQ ten hag. N tq rashford. He knows his mistake

      The clowns are out of the club.
      What a mess it was – Pogba with his haircuts, Lingard with his JLingz designer line, the woman beater Greenwood, the drama Queen Crynaldo who went running to Arsenal fan Piers Morgan with his long list of complaints. Things are improving on the disciplinary front.

      This debate just shows us that Jamie has minimal discipline and doesn't know what that is………for a unit to function well, discipline is a core essential, it needs to be there…….I can guarantee that Rashford has learnt from his mistake and won't repeat it…. it's a win-win for everyone.

      Rashford was dropped for the game against wolves because he brought Ten Hag a hair comb for New Years and Ten Haag got offended. That's the real reason he was dropped. He can't just say it live on air🤣🤣🤣🤣

      For once I agree with Gabby Agbonlahor. ETH and Arteta are making examples for their teams seems like Pep, Conte, Klopp, Potter and Howe could learn that from MU and Arsenal managers

      What the hell does Jamie o hara know about discipline? My respect for ten hag is growing everyday, no one’s bigger than the club and he doesn’t care if you’re the star boy or best player – his way or no way

      Rules for all no matter the player importance. It was a clear message to Rashford and the whole squad, do as your told or you dont play until the manager says so. That squad has been unprofessional and lacked discipline for years now and needs a strong hand to get them all in line.

      I was pals with the Manchester United Moderators on BigSoccer back In the day…I even Married Sara-Jayne the Everton USA Chairwoman 2009…She has Buggered off to Sunderland or Durham and I am furious…Not really…She was a Fucking Nightmare Boys and Germs…

      Managing 101: You introduce disciplinary rules and EVERY player, bar none, abides by them. Star players ALREADY get paid a lot more money than squad players, you don't want to exacerbate any problem by giving them 'passes' for rule breaking.
      TBH, i wouldn't have been angry at ten Hag if United had lost, but at Rashford; FFS, you earn £300K PER WEEK, buy a second alarm clock, set it 5 minutes after the first one and put it across the room so you have to get up to switch it off! It'snot fcuking rocketry!

      This is why Jamie could never be a good manager. The managers rules must always be respected and adhered to for him to truly control the atmosphere and the group

      If even the player embraces the punishment, then it shows Ten hag has got his house in order. Dealt with internally and resolved, that’s how United or any other club should run

      I was always early for work, always. One day I was late after years of never been late. My boss asked if I had trouble getting up in the morning? Standards set. Ten Hag has a really difficult job and it cannot help if one of the his top men come in late.
