Todays copium: things like Wanner staying and lowballing Liverpool on Diaz are just signals to Leipzig, Stuttgart and Real, that we have options and if they want a deal, they have to negotiate. 5d chess Eberl style.
So we are having full focus on signing Diaz rather than rodrygo , but I think people are underrating Diaz massively due to his age , he is one of the best lw right now in premier league , and is producing much more output than rodrygo , let’s be honest if we were paying 100 million euros for rodrygo last season I would be down and will be very happy , but right now rodrygo 2024-25 season has been underwhelming by some margin and he goes months without scoring or assisting , for example he had got run of from in January and since then has been embarrassing, paying 100 for rodrygo right now does not seem feasible to me but of course in the end it’s the decision of the club. Rodrygo is not producing output often is the main problem of him while Diaz is also not that good in that department but obviously more effective than rodrygo

All we hear is Dreesen dealing with Stuttgart and Liverpool. Which might all be a ruse to hide the fact that Eberl is secretly working on Xavi.
Let me cope.

>Christoph Freund is a fan of Royale Union Saint-Gilloise forward Franjo Ivanović (21). The Austria-born Croatian is mainly a striker but can play across all positions in attack. Freund is keeping an eye on the player, but as things stand there’s no offer. Frankfurt are also interested in Ivanović and see him as a potential replacement for Marmoush/Ekitike next to Burkardt. USG want around €25m. Ivanović is open to a Bundesliga move, having played for Augsburg at the beginning of his career [sportske.jutarnji.hr]
No idea how this source is, but if Frankfurt is interested aswell, he must be good. Frankfurt has a nose for striker talent
