LAFC picks up back-to-back wins over Colorado (3-0) and FC Dallas (2-0) at BMO Stadium—but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. On this episode of Voices of the Black & Gold, we break down both victories, highlight Denis Bouanga’s 50th regular-season goal, Nathan Ordaz’s breakout moment, and Javairô Dilrosun’s first goal in black & gold.

But here’s the truth: these wins came against a 10-man Rapids squad and a Dallas team sitting 13th in the West. So are LAFC actually back? Or just doing the bare minimum?

We talk:
Defensive dominance and back-to-back shutouts
Bouanga closing in on Carlos Vela’s record
Ordaz’s rise—real or matchup-based?
Hugo Lloris’ 50th MLS appearance
A look ahead to a real test vs. 2nd place Minnesota

  1. If I'm Dolo I would step down now to give Ante' a thank your for his services and a chance for him to show what he can do. It would also allow Dolo to leave on a high note with unfinished business. This would keep the door open for Dolo to return in the future when he has more experience and hopefully trophies and swagger under his belt.
