It’s honestly hilarious how VfB handles their negotiations in public. *“Woltemade is absolutely not for sale!”* — oh, wait, is Bayern looking elsewhere? *“Well… for 65 million, we might be willing to talk.”*
Anything over 50 million is already a massive amount of money for VfB. You can really only justify turning down that kind of offer for a player who practically guarantees you Champions League football.
Woltemade is a fantastic player, no doubt — but even with him, Stuttgart only managed to finish ninth last season.
