  1. Yes you are more than right. We mainly have worker bees in the team. Not too many creatives, especially after gittens left.
Need to sign a few creatives

  2. Another Chukwemeka loan would be vital, Brandt has his moments and he still provides at leadt 20 G/A per season, but he can’t be the starter during every game.

Chukwemeka could be very useful in his case, he is the perfect super super and most likely the board knows that his fitness issues are somehow solveable. A loan with an option to buy around 20-25 mil would be great. It wouldn’t force us to spend big money this summer and we would have more space for movements next summer, when 45 mil. worth of contracts are expiring (Süle, Can, Haller, Brandt).

  3. Are we measuring creativity based on assists? Because if we are Odegaard is worse than Brandt in that department, a player known for passing and vision is worse than Julian Brandt in that area if u look at assists only. Creativity ≠ Assists.

  4. We’ll lose one edge of a creative outlet… that we don’t have? Brandt has almost been a black hole in attack recently, we can keep him as rotation but under no circumstances should he be playing most games

  5. Stats are not everything my dude

Brandt is constantly putting a lot of pressure on the rest of the Team with his often half assed Passes

You can build around that yes but he’s not a player where you should do it for

  6. Honestly I don’t mind if he leaves, but we must also understand that bvb is a club that a lot of players consider a stepping stone. Only players with strong roots or not many options seem to stay. We need to retain players. And loyal players like him who still have legs are hard to come by. What we need is more technically gifted players like Jobe I the midfield. To play next too, over or rotate with him. We have a solid base with guirassy, kobel, nico, brant, adeyemi, etc we just need to remove the chaff and fill in blanks. But otherwise he’s plateud, he isn’t getting any better or worse really.
