The garbage from upper management to players that needed clearing out several years back has been allowed to rot. Our current position and likely bleak future are a consequence of this.

These lot will keep getting managers sacked. I bet you after the Millwall defeat Billic roasted them and because most of them are so precious and have never been shouted at by a coach before they started feeling sorry for themselves and drowned in self pity. Half this squad are mentally weak and expect it to be easy. It's not the half that have been playing in England for years and years.
