Here’s my what’s gonna be an un-popular opinion. I think a messege needs to be sent to players here and players outside the liververse- we mean it when we say nobody is bigger than the club. I would secure guehi or another touted cb, and tell Joe Gomes to be prepared for minutes. Then I’d have ibo train on his own all year in a World Cup year! So we don’t get anything for him. , don’t care !! Sometimes the messages we send costs money but can help long term clearly our club has demonstrated with class how we take care of the ones who take care of us this last 9 days or so , and we need players to play the roles they’re paid for. Our last title defense season was embarrassing , we need guys chomping at the bit wanting to go again now! Check ur ego at the door, roll up the sleeves and find ur place in the squad. If not, make an example of em. Liver Bird first !!

Real Madrid is so cut throat they sack managers after winning leagues, they turn on players after one bad performance. I guess it kinda helps with their success, like how Chelsea would win leagues but always had high turn over of managers. I'm just glad we aren't run like that!
