I hope Ruben gets love and support. I lost my very best friend five years ago. He collapsed and died of an aneurysm whilst we having a beer together. I have never got over it and I discovered that whilst there is very naturally a lot of bereavement help for family, best friends especially male are often neglected or expected to cope on our own. In fact, we are expected to take an active role in helping others. The truth is we are as broken hearted as anyone.
