Watching today’s match, I realised something we have been missing for the whole past season. The players can’t connect even 2 passes in tight spaces.
1-2s are a crucial skill for a team to have in order to unlock tight spaces that we often find ourselves in thanks our Lord and Saviour kompany. Even if we accept we’re just going to play this way, none of our players seem to understand each other well enough.
In just the last 20 minutes in this match, I counted at least 10-12 missed 1-2 opportunities, with a vast majority of them being missed by Kane. Kane makes up for it with his brilliant vision and passing, but is our attack only dependent on Musiala’s dribbling aur getting in the perfect cross from Olise into the box?
Seems disappointing and uninspiring. Thoughts?

Kanes 1-2s are one of his great qualities. The comditions yesterday just were atrocious and the players were gassed and not sharp. Even though if sane was a real player, we would have won easily.
