It would be kinda poetic, if Messi knocked out PSG

> Leon Goretzka on Nick Woltemade: “The move to Bayern has probably been considered. Nick has exceptional quality. He’s a great guy, he made a very good impression on me. He has the fundamentals to make it with us”
> Aleks Pavlović on a possible Nick Woltemade move to Bayern: “He’s a good friend of mine, and I’d be happy, of course. We’ve already joked about it. We’ll see what happens in the future.”
> • Would you try to convince him to move to Munich?
> Pavlović: “Yes, definitely” [laughs]

> Kompany on whether Thomas Müller will start tomorrow: “I won’t say anything about the lineup for tomorrow. We have a lot of competition, and everyone has their role. Every role is important to us. I don’t care about who plays how many minutes. For me, the most important thing is that the team works. If that’s the case, we’re strong, and that’s been the case so far.”
sounds to me like Kompany is basically admitting here that he doesn’t care about giving youth players minutes unless it is optimal in a given match, which is almost never the case as it’s always a gamble to play 16-19 year olds with minimal experience over even the most washed pros

>Jamie Gittens’ proposed to Chelsea could be done imminently. Clubs continue talks in the USA and there’s hope agreement will be reached swiftly, despite Bayern’s interest. The player is fully committed to Chelsea and already has an agreement over a 7-year deal [@David_Ornstein]
