Congrats France!! I couldn't believe that Nagelsmann couldn't see that what France intended to do was to counter attack.. But guess what? We still left an ocean of space in our backline, so each time the ball is turnover, they just lift it over the midfield, and then, we are in trouble.. We made so many errors in the final third, that i couldn't wait for the match to end.. We didn't deserve anything neither from the encounter against Portugal nor in today's match.. I hope Nagelsmann will finally learn from another harsh lesson.. He experienced it against Portugal, yet he still came back and repeated it against France.. I understand that we want to play on the front foot.. But we need to know when to retreat.. Not only that, playing on the front foot is one, but what are we doing with all those chances? Well, if we don't waste them, we overplay, then eventually turnover the ball, which would give them the opportunity to hit us on the break.. Which occured so many times in today's match, which eventually led to the goals we conceded.. Instead of keeping the ball game simple, we put ourselves into difficult situations.. I know we are still in transition, but what i saw today as well as against Portugal, is unacceptable.. Nagelsmann needs to fix this issue, because whenever we push forward, we no longer have a shape, we no longer have a structure.. Not only that, sometimes we play the ball backwards too many times even when there are forward passes.. We need to fix these issues, else, we won't be going far in the upcoming World Cup..
